Primi con verdure light e leggeri, perfetti anche per l’estate o per chi sta seguendo una dieta e quindi un regime alimentare dietetico. Una ricetta a base di verdura è sempre l’ideale per tutti coloro che stanno cercando dei piatti sfiziosi e particolari ma anche salutari.
E’ noto, infatti, quanto le verdure ed i cereali siano benefici per il nostro organismo e quanto di conseguenza sia importante consumarli durante i pasti ogni giorno. Un buon apporto di verdure e cereali, infatti, ci consentirà di poterci prendere cura del nostro corpo dall’interno.
I secondi piatti a base di verdure hanno il grande pregio di poter essere preparati in ogni stagione dell’anno seguendo i prodotti di stagione. In estate, ad esempio, spazio alle zucchine, ai fiori di zucca ed alle melanzane mentre in inverno saranno da preferire broccoli e cavolfiori, ad esempio.
I primi piatti con cereali e verdure saranno perfetti, quindi, in ogni periodo dell’anno e potranno essere preparati in versione più light oppure in versione più gustosa. Un buon piatto di pasta con verdure miste sarà sempre un’ottima idea e sarà anche perfetto per far consumare ai piccoli alimenti sani e nutrienti che apportino tutti i principi nutrititi più importanti al loro corpo.
Tra i primi piatti con cereali più amati ci sono quelli che si accompagnano anche ai legumi. Che siano zuppe e minestre o un’insalata di cereali fredda questi piatti saranno sempre ottimi da servire sia in estate che in inverno. Una ricetta a base di verdure e cereali, quindi, sarà sempre un’ottima idea, sia in inverno per scaldarsi che in estate per rimanere in forma ma con un tocco di freschezza.
